What level of support?

A support package tailored to your needs will ensure that your truck or fleet is properly maintained. We will advise you which maintenance package best suits your operation based upon usage, site conditions and your application.

How we operate

In the event of a problem you will contact one of our Support team using one of our dedicated service lines, fax or email. You will never have to speak to a call centre as we want our staff to know you, and you to know them.

One of our 15 Field Service Engineers will attend site promptly and ensure your truck is working again quickly. All of our Field Service Engineers are empowered, as part of our philosophy, to do whatever they need to do to keep you operational. Our field service engineers are regionally based and cover Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and West London

Our service performance may best be illustrated by the 99% uptime we achieve for over 700 customers, using in excess of 2200 fork trucks.

Our highly skilled engineers are experienced in all makes and models of forklifts and materials handling equipment. So whether you have one truck or a mixed fleet we can service them all making your maintenance requirements much easier and simple for you to manage.
