Coronavirus

Locators will continue to provide support services during the present Coronavirus emergency to any of our customer’s businesses which operate within sectors which conform to the Government’s definition of a critical industry.

We will however be working with a much reduced workforce and although we hold a substantial parts holding we do nonetheless remain dependent on our supplier’s ability to re-stock us.

This much reduced workforce will be working from home, using software to connect back to our office network, but they will not have access to their office telephone.

Therefore until further notice, we will only be able to respond to requests for assistance via the following email addresses:

Where possible, in the event of a breakdown, and assuming the machine can be moved, please arrange to place it in a position as remote as possible from your own staff.
